| Job Description: |
Develop and maintain reliable sources for denim fabrics, trims, chemicals, and machinery at competitive rates. Plan and execute procurement schedules according to production and buyer order requirements. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of all raw materials to avoid production delays. Handle all purchase documentation, contracts, and compliance matters as per company policy. Coordinate with production, planning, and accounts departments for smooth material flow. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control. |
