| Job Description: |
Female Applicants only. Location: Remote/HybridWe’re looking for a Customer Sales & Support Agent who can seamlessly manage both sides of growth — Business Development and Customer Relationship Management.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, empathetic, and driven to help our customers and partners have a smooth experience from order to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Confirm Shopify orders daily and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
- Send tracking information to customers
- Handle customer queries and complaints on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email in a professional, empathetic tone.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing to design retention and reactivation campaigns
Business Development
- identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and veterinary partners.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring consistent order flow and satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and execute agreements in coordination with management.
- Track distributor performance and maintain up-to-date contact and sales records.
- Support new product launches and promotions with distribution partners.
- Represent Nootra professionally in industry meetings and events
Required qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, client relations, or growth roles (FMCG, pet food, or startup experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in using spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Passion for pets, innovation, and building brands that make a difference.
