| Job Description: |
We are looking for a PMO – B2B Product to lead the end-to-end management and growth of B2B product in the Enterprise and SME segments. The role will own the strategy, sales enablement, presales solutioning, and post-sales customer success to ensure adoption and revenue growth of the product.
This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in enterprise ICT solutions who can bridge business, technology, and customer needs into a winning growth strategy. The PMO will act as the central coordination point for all stakeholders—driving go-to-market strategy, ensuring effective execution, and reporting performance to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategy in Enterprise and SME segments.
- Identify vertical opportunities (BFSI, Education, Healthcare, Government, SMEs) and craft tailored propositions.
- Monitor competitive trends and continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures for leadership.
- Track KPIs including revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for enterprise and SME ICT solutions.
- Identify vertical-specific opportunities (banking, healthcare, education, SMEs) and design tailored solutions.
Benchmark against market trends and competitors to guide strategy. |
