We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s passionate about owning both backend development and DevOps infrastructure.As one of our founding engineers, you’ll design scalable systems, set up robust pipelines, and manage the full deployment lifecycle—from code to production

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django / Django REST Framework
• Design efficient PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries
• Implement background tasks with Celery and Redis
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD
• Manage AWS / DigitalOcean infrastructure
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Manage DNS, SSL, and CDN configurations
• Build responsive UIs using HTMX and Django templates
• Ensure a seamless, interactive user experience
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor IDE, etc.) to accelerate development and debugging

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience with a focus on backend systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and Linux server administration
• Experience with AWS or DigitalOcean infrastructure
• Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing production applications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HTMX, Alpine.js, or Terraform
• Knowledge of Nginx, Sentry, Prometheus, or DataDog
• Previous experience working in a startup environment
