We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and support the production activities of Aluminum Die Casting products. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production planning, process control, and quality standards and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily die-casting operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing department to align production schedules with customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production targets.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery and process-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or die-casting environment.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
