| Job Description: |
:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure efficient account execution.
- Develop account plans, set performance targets, and monitor key metrics (sales volume, service levels, OTIF, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and customer agreements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, trade terms, and promotional activities with key accounts to maximize profitability and market share.
:
- MBA or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in key account management, Sales (preferably within the beverages or FMCG industry).
- Strong grip on regional markets, sales analytics & modern trade dynamics.
