We are looking for a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) & Order Booker to lead our sales efforts in Karachi.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the HoReCa network, a proven track record in B2B/out-of-home sales, and the ability to drive growth through new client acquisition and effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and expand the existing client base within the HoReCa sector.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream parlours.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
• Prepare basic reports and sales data using Microsoft Excel.
• Lead and guide a small sales support team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in out-of-home (HoReCa) sales; ice cream or food industry experience is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of Karachi’s HoReCa market dynamics.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and work independently under minimal supervision.
• Should have own transport
