| Job Description: |
- Review and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on a daily basis.
- Float Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to vendors and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and coordinate with management for approvals.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Business One (SAP B1) after finalization.
- Ensure timely deliveries and follow up with suppliers to meet production needs.
- Coordinate with Stores and Accounts departments for GRNs, invoice processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update procurement records, vendor lists, and price history in SAP.
- Assist in cost analysis, vendor development, and compliance with procurement SOPs.
- Support implementation of ISO documentation and reporting standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and transparency in all procurement activities.
