| Job Description: |
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified / CA Inter) to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and experience in handling audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Handle income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory filings.

Prepare and review management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
-
Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and reconciliations.
-
Assist in financial planning and strategy formulation.
-
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Identify process improvements and implement effective internal controls.

Support senior management with financial analysis and decision-making.
Requirements: For CA Qualified:
-
Chartered Accountant (ICAP) qualification completed. years of post-qualification experience in finance, audit, or taxation (preferably from a manufacturing or audit firm background).

Strong command over IFRS, taxation laws, and ERP/accounting software.
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
For CA Inter:
-
Part-qualified CA (Completed CA Inter level).
-
5-10 years of relevant experience in accounts, audit, or finance.

Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax matters.

Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
-
Hands-on experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle.

Strong MS Excel and financial modeling skills.

Knowledge of local tax and regulatory compliance.

High attention to detail and professional integrity.
