- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ICT leadership roles, with expertise in software, systems, and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, Oracle and enterprise architecture.
- Proven success leading digital transformation and technology integration projects.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
