- Ensuring that job is done in accordance with Bank’s Restructure/Rescheduling Policy and SBP Regulations.
- Complete business analysis for assessment of troubles to the business, capacity to cope with the crisis.
- Debt Valuation & appraisal of losses, actual as well as potential.
- Bridge between the Clients & legal counsels for documentation.
- Remedial management of Non-Performing Portfolio to achieve ancillary business, for increased profitability.
- Timely filing of recovery suit against the defaulters, ensuring close liaison with dealing counsels.
- To develop mechanism for obtaining continuous feedback from lawyers.
- Periodical appearance in court for hearing arguments held in court to have effective control/close monitoring on the performance of dealing counsels.
- To craft strategy of recovery in consultation with lawyer based on the standing of accounts.
- To Initiate hard-hitting actions, like prosecution of defaulters through civil and criminal litigation, placement of their names on ECL, search and attachment of their hidden assets and invocation of provisions of NAB Ordinance to make result-oriented efforts for speedy recovery of infected portfolio.
- To oversee the performance of various units working in SAMD and advise corrective measures.
- To keep a liaison with line manager for discussions on different banking matters and intimation of developments in important cases.
- To develop and maintain effective Management Information System (MIS).
- To rectify all their regularities/observation in SBP Inspection reports.
- Develop and maintain an educational environment where the knowledge and performance of the group is constantly advancing.
- Develop and mentor staff through open communication, training and development opportunities, performance management and evaluation; build and maintain employee morale and motivation.
- Timely and efficiently supervise the activities and tasks of the team/subordinates/direct reports and provide robust feedback and guidelines as and when required. Ensure capacity planning, team building, and effective execution of deliverables along with competitive, productive and position work culture.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of October 26, 2025.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of Banking experience. Preference shall be given to the candidates having 08 Years’ relevant experience in Credit / NPLs / SAM portfolio handling.
