We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our on-site limousine dispatch team in Lahore. This role requires individuals who can handle customer inquiries efficiently, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth trip operations for our international clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, messages, and dispatch requests from customers and drivers.

Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Handle customer concerns or complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctual pickups and smooth operations.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, bookings, and trip updates.

Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Collaborate with the operations team to streamline dispatch and service procedures.
Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English fluency preferred).

Customer Service or Call Center experience is highly desirable.
