| Job Description: |
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and manage the entire supply chain operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution functions. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Ensure seamless coordination between production, planning, and sales departments. Build strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal teams. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve supply chain performance.
Requirements:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics. |
