Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin / Human Resources Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and support the HR functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting management with general HR and administrative tasks.


This position requires a hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities


 Human Resources




  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, personal files, attendance, leave, etc.).




  • Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and performance records.




  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.




  • Coordinate payroll data (attendance, leave deductions, overtime reports) for submission to the finance department.




  • Support performance reviews and handle routine employee queries.




  • Help plan and implement staff welfare, motivation, and team-building initiatives.




 Administration




  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and general administrative needs.




  • Coordinate maintenance and service providers (cleaning, security, technical, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.




  • Handle documentation for company vehicles, insurance renewals, and related logistics.




  • Support management with visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors.




  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of company documents, licenses, and correspondence.




  • Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and government institutions when required.




 Reporting & Coordination




  • Prepare and update administrative and HR reports for management.




  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and company information.




  • Support the management team in implementing policies and internal communication.




Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or HR roles.




  • Strong organizational and communication skills.




  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HR or attendance software is a plus.




  • Good understanding of Ghanaian labor laws and employment regulations.




  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.




  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
