| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM deals, tasks, and leads efficiently.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and oversee purchasing operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment, and services.
- Prepare quotations for customers and manage tender documentation.
- Ensure timely responses to price quotation requests from regional sales managers/customers.
- Maintain high attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination within and outside the company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
