We are looking for motivated and experienced engineers to join our team in the Production and Quality Department. The ideal candidate will be a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineer / B.Tech / DAE (Mechanical) with relevant industry experience. The role involves ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee and monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are met.

•Implement and maintain quality control procedures for parts and assemblies.

•Inspect and analyze mechanical components for defects, deviations, or rework needs.

•Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.

•Maintain production and inspection records, reports, and documentation.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, machining, and supply chain.

•Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.

•Train and guide operators/technicians on quality and production practices.

•Use computer tools (MS Office, ERP, or other software) for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements:

•Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech / DAE (Mechanical).

•Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in production or quality in a manufacturing/engineering company. Candidates with no expereince may also apply as training will be provided .

•Strong understanding of production processes, machining, or die casting (preferred).

•Knowledge of quality tools and techniques (inspection methods, gauges, calipers, etc.).

•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/software systems will be a plus.

•Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
