We’re searching for a POD Finisher Designer to take AI-generated artwork and turn it into revenue-ready products. You’ll be finalising art into print-ready files, mapping products in Gelato, building conversion-optimised product pages in Shopify, and tagging drops into Klaviyo flows. You’ll work directly with the founder and a lean, high-performing team, so you’ll learn fast, ship often and see the impact of your work immediately.

What you’ll do

• Finish AI art using Photoshop/Photopea/Canva: 300 DPI, sRGB, transparent or white backgrounds with bleed, naming and organising files.
• Create product mockups (clean + lifestyle) in standard POD sizes: tees (4500x5400), stickers (2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5) and more.
• Map products and templates in Gelato, perform preview checks, place test orders and handle fulfilment workflows.
• Build Shopify product listings with variants, pricing, SEO, tags and metafields; connect to Klaviyo and segment new drops.
• Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E and ChatGPT to accelerate design and copy.
• Track performance using basic analytics and report conversion data.

Must-haves

• Solid experience with Photoshop or Photopea, Shopify admin and print-on-demand workflows (Gelato preferred).
• Fluent English communication, proactive attitude and dependable execution.
• Availability for 8 hours/day with some overlap to US Eastern time.
• Obsession with fast execution and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Canva and Liquid templating.
• Experience with Midjourney/DALL·E prompts, automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and basic coding.
• Compensation
• PKR 145,000–220,000 per month (approx. USD $400–600) plus performance bonus.
• Long-term position with promotion path to team lead.

Screening test

We run a paid 24 h test ($15). You’ll receive two AI artworks; deliver print-ready PNGs, map a tee and a sticker in Gelato, create a Shopify draft product with variants and mockups, and add a Klaviyo tag. We’ll also ask you to share three past POD projects, a before/after print file you fixed and your realistic daily output of finished SKUs.
