Job Description:

Coordinating the meetings and events:

  • Closely work with relevant colleagues (leadership team) to ensure conducting meetings and events. 
  • Support & ensure the level of readiness in place for any events and coordination. 
  • Manage the stewardship of relationships through development of relevant communications, reports media material in close collaboration with communication Teams. 

Sharing/disseminating researches, publications and announcements with key stakeholders. 

  • Support senior leadership in engaging with stakeholders to tap into emerging markets. 
  • Conduct/consolidate information for senior leadership to diversify the portfolio.
  • Analyze and update developments related to regulatory regime, donor dynamics and every evolving context.  

Business Development: Consolidation of Concept Notes/proposals:

  • Supporting business development and humanitarian response teams on coordination regarding new Request for Proposals.
  • Complement efforts of business development team in submission of proposals/CNs as and when required. 
  • On behalf of higher management extending support to humanitarian and business development teams on developing/tracking action plans for submissions.  
  • Facilitate in humanitarian and business development teams to establish mechanism on scaling up that leads recovery/rehabilitation efforts towards long term development. 

Relationship management of new and existing external stakeholders:

  • Development and follow up of external networking opportunities.
  • Identifying priorities and gaps, and regularly briefing the leadership team.
  • Coordination with stakeholders to keep abreast of the dynamics and strategic direction of the current developments, trends and future plans.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with relevant specialist team, country and area management to ensure cohesive and consistent interaction.
  • Diversify and deepen existing external networks and organizational relationships.
