| Job Description: |
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Officer to drive sales through both online and offline channels, with a special focus on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote products/services through social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, etc.). Handle customer inquiries received through social media, calls, and email, converting them into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities. Coordinate with marketing teams to run promotional campaigns and offers. Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or company database |
