Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
- Meet sales targets and maintain performance standards
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer sales or call centers is a plus
- Willingness to work night shifts on-site
