1.       Plan and manage the Daily Production schedule to meet targets                                                                                       

2.       Monitor production lines and resolve bottlenecks or breakdowns                                                                             

3.       Ensure quality standards are met by working with the Quality and Sampling depts                                            

4.       Supervise supervisors, operators, and support staff to maintain productivity                                                         

5.       Collaborate with maintenance, sampling,g and admin teams to ensure smooth operations               

6.       Identify opportunities for improvement in process efficiency and cost savings                                                     

7.       Train and guide team members on SOPs and best practices                                                                                          

8.       Conduct Gemba walks to observe and correct real-time issues                                                                                    

9.       Monitor and control labor costs, overtime, and efficiency losses                                                                

10.      Review production vs target variances and take corrective action                                                                              

11       Ensure accuracy of production records and reports
