We are seeking a Retail Branch Auditor to conduct audits and reviews across our retail branches to ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with a foundational knowledge of auditing and a passion for risk assessment, process improvement, and internal controls.

1. Audit & Review

• Conduct regular audits of retail branches to verify compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Identify and report non-compliance areas, operational risks, and opportunities for process improvement

2. Risk Assessment

• Evaluate operational risks within branch activities

• Assist in the development of audit plans to address and mitigate those risks

3. Internal Controls

• Test and assess the effectiveness of internal control systems

• Highlight weaknesses and recommend corrective actions

4. Reporting & Recommendations

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and practical recommendations

• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit suggestions

5. Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal/regulatory requirements

• Stay updated on changes in relevant policies and regulations

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
