A US-based travel agency is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Lahore office as Travel Consultants. You will play a key role in selling Umrah packages and international airline tickets, ensuring clients receive excellent service and a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads and engage clients through calls and messages
• Sell Umrah packages and flight tickets with full itinerary explanation
• Design custom packages according to client needs
• Maintain communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide exceptional post-sale customer service
• Ensure accurate records and documentation of all bookings

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales preferred 
• Good spoken English and strong communication skills (Must)
• Confidence in customer interaction and persuasion
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• Prior experience with Umrah/Hajj travel will be an advantage

Shift Timing:

• Night shift ( 8 PM to 5 AM )
