Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to oversee our training programs and initiatives. As a Training Supervisor, your role involves supporting the training and development initiatives within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs to address organizational needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with training managers and department heads to identify training needs and prioritize learning initiatives.
  • Research and evaluate training methodologies, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Support trainers in preparing training materials, presentations, and other instructional resources.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track training completion, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating and facilitating orientation sessions and training modules.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards related to training and development.
  • Communicate training details to participants, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training events.
  • Provide support during training sessions, such as managing attendance, distributing materials, and addressing technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion status for reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field;
  • Proven experience in training program development, delivery, and evaluation, with at least 2 years.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
