We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage the financial records of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the finance team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records (ledgers, journals, etc.) Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Process invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures |
