We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executives with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services — primarily to customers in the U.S. and Canada.

This is a night shift position ideal for professionals who are confident, persuasive, and motivated by achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections confidently.

• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up on leads and ensure a high standard of customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.

• Previous experience in tele sales, call centers, or BPO is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be comfortable working night shifts (U.S./Canada time zones).

• Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
