Job Summary:

We are looking forward a professional Merchandiser in Boxing Department. The successful candidate will be able to exhibit a deep understanding of Boxing design and product development, masterful negotiation, and merchandising expertise. The role requires team management and strong project management experience and an outstanding capability for supplier relationship management.

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder, with more than 5 years of experience.

The individual would spend a significant portion of their time researching and studying market trends in the textile industry to contribute to successful merchandising strategies for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Working in close coordination with design and production teams to ensure that the right product is developed that matches the needs of customers.
• Managing and building supplier relationships promoting long-term engagement. Leading product development efforts to ensure products meet the desired quality and cost objectives.
• Performing market research activities to understand current market trends and different requirements about Boxing equipment. Developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies to maximize profits and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinating with project management to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
• Responsible for consistently evaluating the offerings of the suppliers and making necessary changes to the suppliers list if required.
