| Job Description: |
Elite Custom Boxes requires female packaging expert for its USA camapaign . The CSR would be performing the duties mentioned below
- CSR will be receiving calls from Clients
- Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
- Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
- Organize and prioritizes duties
- CSR will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support
- CSR will handle customer queries via emails
- Only those candidates apply who are willing to work in night shift
- Minimum one year experience is required in client services
- This is a night shift job five days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Its not a typical call center job, its career progressive job
