We are looking for International Customer Support Executives to conduct outbound reach for product sales, conversions and build customer relations. You will be considered the firm’s front liner and a product features expert.
Skills & Requirements:
- Written and Spoken English with British or American accent.
- Ability to explain functions and procedures of software products to international clients
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through problem solving process and product demonstration via Web or In-person meetings
- Independently Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of deals
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Coordinating with technical team to address customer complaints or requirements
Must have:
- Strong time management and problem solving
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies
- Open to travel for work
- BS degree or equivalent
