Job Description: |
- Maintain Executive’s agenda, schedule & arrange meetings, conferences etc and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Must have the ability to manage effective record keeping.
- Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters etc).
- Handle confidential documents ensuring that they remain secure.
- Prepare routine & advanced correspondence including letters, memorandum & reports.
- Manage travel arrangements for Chief Executive & its schedule.
- Greet and receive visitors.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Chief Executive and Internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain creditability, trust & support with senior Management.
- Any other task assigned by Chief Executive.
- Proficiency in MS Office i.e (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook).
- Excellent Organizational & Time Management skills.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation abilities with confident personality.
