• Give opportunity to sit together and channelize important “ to do work” and responsibilities.

• Execute daily Sales and Collection target.

• Focus on Retail network.

• Keenly watch Dealers inventory for better and smooth Sales.

• Focus on Dealer Sellout data. Sellout data key of success.

• Vigilance required competitor’s activity as well as Market activity.

• Focus on Market visit.

• Keep strong relation with Dealers.

•Accountable for management matters.

• Motivation of the sales team and solve their problems.

• Dealers account reconciliation.

• Responsible for making of sales policies Branch level.

• Responsible for administrative matters.
