At Fullduplex Pvt., We are looking for female who is good in English communication and have experience in call centre to manage clients Via phone calls.  

Note: English language skills are mandatory for this role. 

Responsibilities

• Business development for social media and digital platforms
• Client handling and coordination
• Sales calls
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
