- Handling and Managing Field Sales Representatives.
- Coordinating and supporting field from office using dispature application.
- Sales Executive Officer is responsible of completing targets given from Field Operations Manager using his team.
- Creating daily status, weekly and monthly reports of workers.
- Resposible of all kind of activities related to his team.
- Use mapping functions, review alerts, chat online, review dashboards & guide teams on the ground to improve their Sales.
- Display a positive, can-do attitude at all times & offer assistance to others on the team in a positive manner
- Proactively identify market/store trends
