Purpose of the post
The HR Officer is part of the small HR unit ensuring that ICRC can count on the right team to perform its humanitarian work in the country. We are looking for a modern, dynamic, strong generalist profile with a flair for recruitment to join us.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, other HR degrees / courses an asset.

2-5 years' of experience in a generalist HR role. Experience in recruitments an asset.

Very good command (written and spoken) of English.

Excellent knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, HRIS, SAP or similar, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Responsible for recruitments (A-Z) and successful onboarding of the newly hired colleagues.
-
In charge of handling the entire income tax and EOBI file.
-
Support HR Manager / unit as needed in all HR fields, including administrative tasks and support visits to our Peshawar office.
