Position Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal process audits, providing employee training and support, and updating and developing quality procedures under the guidelines of ISO-9001:2015. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated ability to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions, effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, and possess strong inspections/auditing skills. Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment is desired. Perform other QC (Small Scale) and QMS (Large Scale) related duties as assigned.
Job Description:
• Coordinates internal audit processes and scheduling of internal audits with ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditing Team.
• Maintains and updates the quality management system, including procedure enhancements, revision changes, and overall process control.
• Reports external and internal audit findings to management, including on-going corrective / preventive actions, and the effectiveness of those actions put into practice.
• Assists all departments in documenting processes, work instructions, flow charts and related paperwork.
• Assists in the analysis of internal rejection reports and customer feedback to identify quality and/or process issues. Manages these findings as corrective actions are put into place.
• Assists quality control manager with special assignments, as needed in terms of sampling. |
