A well reputed, global technology firm with head office in Dublin, Ireland, is looking for highly energetic, ambitious, focused, goal oriented Online Sales Executive & Managers, with a can-do attitude for their local office in Karachi (Shahrah e Faisal). We are seeking OSE for the afternoon shift from 1300-2200, Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturdays off.

As an Online Sales Executive/Manager you will:

• Answer/make calls, respond to emails and webchat with a range of queries related to different products/services that the company deals in


• Complete the order and forward the order details to the backend team for fulfilment 


• Follow up with the team to ensure timely delivery of the product/service of the orders you received


• Avoid refund/chargebacks by making sure the quality standard of the product is met all the time


• You will be responsible for ensuring all of the above actions are performed as required by all of the team members in case you are assigned the role of a Manager

To be successful as a Sales Executive

• We are interested in seeing Karachi based candidates with a minimum of 1 YEAR of proven experience as an ONLINE SALES EXECUTIVE from a CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT, ideally with some web chat or email experience in content management, design & development or mobile & desktop applications.


• You will be able to demonstrate good rapport building skills


• Proven track record working in a high volume, targeted environment


• A desire to achieve on targets and earn commission


• Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential


• Minimum qualification of High School degree and above is mandatory, the A-level background will be preferred
