| Job Description: |
- To make cash/off the shelf purchases under the general guidance of AM Procurement
- To purchase raw material for kitchen and raw material store on daily basis from whole sale market under the guidance of AM Procurement
- To purchase quality materials on best competitive prices under the guidance of AM Procurement
- To purchase quality materials on best competitive prices under the guidance of AM Procurement
- To ensure quality of material supplied to the satisfaction of internal customer
- To identify new suppliers of goods and services to maintain a healthy competition
- To minimize rejections of materials supplied
- To ensure timely supply of materials in efficient and effective manner
- To post the data of daily demand and purchases in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) or in Excel
- To perform any other duty assigned by AM Procurement/MD.
