| Job Description: |
- Manage and develop the business growth of the company in diagnostic division
- Motivate and lead a team of skilled person
- Drives the business development and marketing operations of the company to meet and exceed targets
- Clinical support to other departments and responsible for delivering lectures and presentation.
- Recognize key opportunities in the Health sector
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
- Develop close liaison with key decision makers in health care industry including government officials and end users.
- Support in major workshops, seminars, and other related activities.
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with these key doctors/ opinion leaders.
- Attending seminars and & key medical community meets up when appropriate in order to maintain and develop strong relationship with the health care community and therefore could understand the needs in terms of health care stuff.
- Any other task as may assign by the management.
