Planning Part:

• Analysis of data for making buying plan and stock standards.

• Analysis/preparation of different reports to support sales and product gaps.

• Monitor and analyze performance and trends within the categories to identify and highlight issues/opportunities.

• Monitoring and comparison of actual and budgeted figures of the orders.

Distribution:

• Preparing of all orders both cut sizes and new orders.

• Stocks preparation, distribution to stores and refilling to stores.

• Preparing reports for inter transfers and conducting the inter transfers as and when required.

• On weekly basis monitoring the hot movers and slow movers.

• Preparing reports of hot movers and slow movers, so that decision is taken for reorders, T Commission, and price reductions.

• Monitoring of New Articles. In this regard new articles send to stores would be given one week time. After one all articles would be analyzed and hot sellers would be reordered. On stores where the new articles are slow, would be transferred to the stores where they are selling fast. Slow movers articles would be monitored for further two weeks, and after that report would be made so that decision is taken for putting T commission on such articles.

• Monitoring of T commission articles. In this regard T Commission articles would be monitored for two weeks, and after that report would be made, so that decision is made for price reductions.

• Preparing reports for putting discounts when clearance sales are scheduled.
