Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development

Age: 20 - 35 Years

Traveling involved: 100% (applicant must own his bike with license)

Education: Bachelors (Preferable with Marketing/Sales/Communication Degree)

Experience & skills required:

1.       1+ years of experience in front end sales especially to SME clients or Real estate agents or brokers.

2.       Must have worked on financial targets.

3.       Possess good communication skills in English and the local languages.

4.       Good convincing skills & problem solving skills

5.       Candidate from the property background is preferred.

6.       Must have knowledge about Rawalpindi/Islamabad markets

Responsibilities:

1.       Generate new prospects for business by attending assigned appointments and cold calling.

2.       Meet clients and give presentation on company product and services to clients.

3.       Establish good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation.

4.       Focusing on sales growth / more clients' acquisition for the portal.

5.       Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target

6.       Developing quotes and proposals

7.       Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
