Job Description:

Develop Strategic & Operational Supply Chain Plans by Forecasting the current and future needs, Analyzing previous and current market trends, budgeting resources appropriately, developing procurement teams and Vendors, liaising with all functions i.e. processing, Sales & Distribution, Finance & HR & Sales teams to fulfill the business requirements

Implements Supply Chain Strategies into action by ensuring smooth supplies of Raw and finish materials, spares and services to FCL through local, national & international supplier and vendors. Keeps continuous liaison with internal customers (FCL Operations & new Projects) to cater their short, medium and long range business needs. Maintains the minimum order level of raw & finish material to sustain the production and supplies of finish goods to distributors, with highest level of quality, efficiency and effective cost management.

Manages Logistic Operations (Inbound & Outbound) by providing effective and efficient transportation solutions to the value stream of FCL. Keeps strong liaison with procurement team, Sales & Distribution teams and Distributors for a smooth logistics operations.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership,analytical and negotiation skills.
