| Job Description: |
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of all customers related documents as per company policy
- Play an effective role in achieving sales and cultivating relationships with customers
- Prepare & follow monthly visit plans for regular interaction with customers
- Timely resolution of customers disputes
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts on a timely basis
- Successfully increase sales from new and existing customer accounts.
- Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Strong telephone presence with an ability to engage prospects & clients on calls
