- Analyzing business processes and providing solutions using SAP B1 software.
- Gathering customer requirements and conducting gap analysis.
- Performing system configuration, installation, data migration and testing.
- Conducting user training and support activities
- Coordinating with Technical Manager on solution design, programming and validation.
