| Job Description: |
- To assist procurement Manager.
- To generate purchase orders according to requisition.
- To procure stock from the company’s approved suppliers.
- To cross-check the rates of articles that the company is purchasing.
- To manages daily cash purchases.
- Responsible for the availability of stock in all remote locations.
- Reconcile daily cash purchases and verify rates from the market.
- To supervise junior procurement officer.
- To search and introduce new suppliers in the company in regards to good quality at the best prices.
- Responsible for keeping a record of all purchases (location vise).
- Bound suppliers to bring purchase orders, invoices, and corresponding emails along with the delivery.
- The procurement officer will ensure all four (purchase order, invoice, corresponding email, and GRN) should be sign and stamp.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
