3D lifestyle is in a hunt for a suitable candidate for the position "Center Manager/ Front Desk Manager"

Education :

B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.

(Must be a graduate)

Requirements & Skills:

  • Well groomed & Confident personality
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • MS Office (Excel, word)
  • Computer Literate
  • Proactive personality

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or in any other customer service is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting & welcoming customers
  • Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
  • Undertaking administrative & operational tasks acting as a central manager for the branch of the company
  • Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
  • Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
  • Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff
  • Cash handling
