| Job Description: |
Recording Waybills on daily basis and taking part in daily dispatching activities.
- Updating entries in LMIS software on regular basis.·
- Assist in preparing Warehouse documents.·
- Ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse as a part of the warehouse team.·
- Keep the temperature maintained as per requirement and update the record accordingly.·
- Check electric equipment and look after generator maintenance while maintaining logbook.·
- Assist in preparing stock reconciliation report.·
- Assist in space management of the warehouse.·
- Share responsibility for the security of the building and stock.·
- Coordination with transporters / logistic representatives.·
- Take on any other tasks identified by the Warehouse Manager that may be necessary to ensure proper and timely management of warehousing function.
