| Job Description: |
Sales Manager must have:
- Must be sales driven, motivational, and creative and have the ability to execute company objectives.
- Must have a high level of experience in Call Centre or BPO as a Sales Manager more than 5 years of experience in Outbound Project.
- Experience in any Online Quran or Online Education base project as Sales Manager is preferred.
- Must be able to increase sales and agent performance.
- Compensation for this position includes fixed salary, Company Bonus, 3+ years of call center Sale Manager Experience.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to motivate and lead.
- Ability to create unique incentives to increase performance.
