A salesperson will be tasked with paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Present purchase offer to sellers for consideration.
• Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
