• Broad understanding and working experience with a variety of procuring/sourcing technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Should know how to close a deal & have shown results in terms of reduced costs and betters services from suppliers on the basis of negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & motivational skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve the problem
• Build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct market engagement and research
• Open to explore new opportunities and accept changes.
• Cold Caller / Tele sales representative will be preffered.
