We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for our U.S.A-based outbound Call Center. The ideal candidate would love to talk to people and be interested in proactively solving issues.  

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer.  

Requirements

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Educational qualifications from Intermediate to Masters.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to work evening and night shifts (6pm to 5am).
• Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
